Home, a place where you belong
You’ll help colleagues build skills, grow confidence and do their best work every day.  Join us at a time of change and opportunity, where learning really matters and your ideas count.  If you’re looking for ownership, development and a chance to open doors for others and yourself, this is a brilliant step forward.

    What you’ll do
Build strong relationships with colleagues and provide expert advice on learning and development opportunities, helping them access the right learning at the right time and successfully complete their development goals.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to plan, coordinate and deliver learning solutions that meet operational needs and support organisational priorities.
Use learning data and compliance insights to identify development needs, track progress and ensure learning interventions are delivered where they will have the greatest impact.
Support colleagues to stay up to date with essential learning requirements, enabling them to remain compliant, confident and equipped to be brilliant in their roles every day.

    Why join us
You’ll join a supportive team who care about learning and each other. You’ll work with people who share ideas, try new things and help you succeed. It’s a great time to join the sector, with real chances to grow your skills and shape your career. There’s space here to develop and take the next step. Be part of one of the UK’s Great Places to Work! Unfortunately, we can’t offer a CoS for this role.

    You have
Experience managing multiple tasks and keeping work organised and on track
Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep data accurate and up to date
Confidence in using systems and producing clear, useful reports
Experience working with managers across a complex business and building strong relationships
A passion for learning and helping others develop their skills

    Stronger together
We do our best work when we’re ourselves. That’s why inclusion, wellbeing, and our diversity networks help make Home Group a great place to work!

    The practical bits
    You’ll manage your own diary.
We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our One Strawberry Lane office in central Newcastle, with the rest from home. Our anchor day is Tuesday and the other day is flexible to suit you and your stakeholders.

    What’s in it for you?
34 days leave, rising to 39 (this includes bank holidays and a “me day”) with the option to buy 5 more each year
2 paid volunteering days each year
Health cash plan saving you (and your children) £1140+ each year covering dental, opticians, prescriptions and more
Matching pension contribution (up to 7% and life insurance of 3x basic salary)
800+ discounts on shops, holidays, days out, tech and more
