Our asset, development, and sales teams help to shape our customers' homes and communities. Their work includes:
- Building brand new homes
- Managing regeneration programmes
- Overseeing building retrofit
- Helping customers take their first step onto the property ladder
Our asset team looks after the homes we already own. You’ll have a chance to be part of a team responsible for thousands of properties across the country. Each of our properties have their own history, challenges, and opportunities. Our team helps us understand how our homes are performing, how they can be improved, and where we should invest next.
Working in development means being a part of the full build journey from initial concept through to construction and final delivery. It is fast-paced and purpose-driven. We partner with
