Structuring your answers
Using the CARL framework is a great way to structure your answers to our interview questions. It will help you to give us a clear picture of the actions you took, the results they had, and the lessons you’ve learned.
- Context – briefly set the scene by describing the situation that you were in and what you were trying to achieve
- Action – talk us through the steps you took
- Result – explain what happened as a result of your actions
- Learning – what have you learned? Have you done anything differently since then?
We look forward to meeting you soon and wish you every success at your interview.
